Meet our founder

From New York CPA to Charlotte real estate investor.

Andrew began his professional career as a traditionally trained and practicing CPA in New York City. His financial background taught him to look closely at value, long-term opportunity, and what makes an investment work. But over time, he discovered that the corporate path wasn't the future he wanted for himself.

The turning point was personal. Andrew created a separate living space for his mother in New York, discovering firsthand how an underused area of a property could become a practical, independent home.

That experience sparked a bigger idea: the same approach could help other homeowners and real estate investors make more of the properties they already own.

Investing in Charlotte

Andrew went on to build a portfolio of approximately eight properties in the Charlotte area. He applied the garage-conversion and additional-living-space approach across his properties to create opportunities for rental income and more flexible use.

Those firsthand projects shaped his understanding of the decisions property owners face: evaluating a property's potential, planning construction, navigating permitting, and designing a space intended for real everyday use.

Building something together

Andrew and his wife founded White Glove Advisors to help others explore similar possibilities. Their goal is to bring together practical construction guidance, an investor's perspective, and personal attention to each property's unique circumstances.

Andrew's real estate work ultimately created the freedom to move beyond a traditional nine-to-five career and focus on helping other property owners pursue their own goals.
